Even inpite of the fact that I was a part of Yandex team less 1 month and very fast decided to go away for more high and perspective position, I have noticed that Yandex are really creative company inside. Later after my long time work in SEO and SEM-agency, we respect Yandex like strong but worthy competitor and partner.  

In common I think, that creative people  are one of the main secrets of Russian dotcoms, which allow them to win battle with international giants like Google very successfully.</description>
