Yandex is the third Search Engine in EUROPE

According to the analytical company comScore Inc., the world leader in the measurement of web sites, Russian search engine Yandex became the third European search engine, ahead of Yahoo! and Microsoft.
Eastern European market is significantly differs from the Western European, as has the most dynamic structure by the rapidly growing Russian Internet. Russian segment comScore found the fastest growing segment of the European Internet.
Google’s top position was followed by eBay, which accounted for 3.1 percent of European searches. Russian search portal Yandex ranked third with 2.2 percent search market share, ahead of Yahoo! Sites at 2.0 percent and Microsoft Sites at 1.9 percent.
In addition, the top ten included two Polish resource: Nasza-Klasa.pl and QXL Ricardo, who took 1.3 and 1.2%. Closed first ten search engines in Europe another Russian copany - Rambler Media, which had 0.5% of all searches in Europe.
